Look of the Day: Muted

I am very conservative when it comes to hair. Don't get me wrong, I love when other people experiment and get new hair cuts and change their hair color, but I'm never gonna do that with my hair. Somehow I'm convinced I only look nice with the kind of hair I have right now and just slightly trim the ends when they become unbearable :) I've actually had this hair since I was 13, that's how crazy I am. :)

This weekend, though, I decided I needed a fresh start so I changed my side split into the middle split (the first two pics), but after I took a look on these photos I changed my hair back and asked my bf to take new shots. I don't think I'm ready for such a drastic change :)

How do you feel about experimenting with your hair?

I'm wearing:

Vest - SuiteBlanco
Tee and bag - VJ-style
Skirt - DIY (similar ones here, here and here)
Heels - Zara
Necklace - Topshop
Watch - Michael Kors

  1. I think the middle split looks lovely on you! I usually keep my hair the same I've taken a gamble a couple of times and usually they pay off!
    Love your outfit, very stylish!

  2. Hi sweetie, I love this look. It's edgy chic and minimal and I am especially loving your skirt! I have similar kind of thinking about my hair, though I have blonde put in mine! I think your hair is beautiful :)

  3. Love your hair!!! As for your question, I experiment with my hair constantly. When I cut it I think it's just hair ...it will grow... and when I dye a color, I am thinking ..I can color it again.

  8. I think you look lovely with both partings! It probably just takes getting used to :)
I've been wanting to ombre my hair all summer but I'm so scared I'm going to hate it and have to chop it off/redye it my natural shade again!

  9. Love the Zara heels. Changing your hair is both fun and scary. That's why I kind of admire Miley Cyrus for dramatically chopping all her hair off. I don't love the style, but I thought it was brave to try something new. =)
